Resistance in Greece and anti-dictatorship action abroad
The struggle against the authoritarian regime of April 21st was not one-dimensional. The public stance of leading personalities of literature and politics, the formation of resistance groups, improvised bomb explosions and, of course, the development of the student movement, were the main pillars of resistance in Greece. At the same time, Greeks abroad and self-exiled citizens, formed organizations to inform the international public opinion and exercise pressure on governments and international organizations, mainly in Europe and North America.
